Great to see you back here! Can you still just work your legs while you're resting your shoulder? Good luck voting tomorrow. I hope you encounter only smooth sailing through that process. I know when I messed up my rotator cuffs, the Physiotherapy was super helpful. I was terrified to go and really dubious that it was smart to be doing things that hurt, but it really helped with my mobility and range of motion and overall pain in the end. So I hope it is the same for you and that you are back to your normal self really soon.
