Oh man, this is so great. Accolades for sharing this and even recording it...toothpaste an all. So authentic! If I vlogged my workouts, all you would hear was swearing, and all you'd see was my pile of sweat! You should be so proud of the body you've achieved. I bet the mental boost has been even better.
