Eating in Car Fantasy

I've only done this once when I was much smaller and before Patreon was even a thing but this is a fantasy I would LOVE to do again.
Very similarly I tell in the video It was during the summer months and this guy who enjoyed feeding fat boys drove me around I was sitting in the back seat the windows were well tinted so there was privacy, he told me to take my shirt off so I did and handed my shirt over as he placed it on the seat next to him, We went to our first drive thru and he got me a simple meal burger fries and a med shake I was given a limited time to eat it before we head to our next drive thru.
So he parked the car after he got the order and watched me eat through the rear view mirror, it didn't take long for me to finish it he was impressed i was done in less than 10 minutes.
So then he drove to the next one getting me a second meal and did the same thing having a time limit parking the car and watching me eat. This went on for three more drive thru's at that point he told me to take off my pants. I couldn't move a lot since I was beginning to feel bloated and full so he parked the car and boldly opened the back door where he told me to lay down as he took off my pants like it was nothing then taking it to the side of his seat while I remained naked in the back with all the garbage around me.
He finally took me to a drive thru where he got desserts only and had me eat half of it while he drove us to a secluded area (think it was a school lot) where he parked the car then he took off his shirt and came to the back where he fed me the last of the desserts and pouring it on my body smearing it with his body (yes it was very sticky and messy but i loved it) after he was done feeding me he caressed my body and massaged my belly as I burped continuously for him as he commented on my accomplishment, praising my massive swollen gut and asking me how much I want to do it again.
It was an amazing time after he got his .... pleasure. He drove us to a "DIY" car wash where he hosed me down washing off all the remainder of the food (it was a hot summer night so this was refreshing) then we cleaned out the car. After all that we ended the session.

Now THAT'S what I would LOVE to do again. Anyone is capable of fulfilling it?
