Something else hit me when reading Ch. 2. Why was nothing said about Joe dying at the gate? If they are their as a team they should have noticed it and then did one of them take out the wolfman which killed Joe? Jaxon should have noticed it if nothing else not to mention the other two people killed after Joe.
