Dale must have Acme as his law and maybe won't even go to the tower and just automatically get his law. Because he is part of Cal's soul and we know from when that necromancer became a dungeon and lost both his body and cultivation that he kept his connection to his law so the connection must reside in the soul. Thus if they are the same soul they will have the same law, unless Krout changes stuff; it seems like he keeps adding and making changes to cultivation as the series progresses.
