Cal's lift off wasn't explained at all, nor were his goals of capturing surrounding landscape mentioned. We don't know if the pool of liquid essence dwindled or not. Barry's rant's we glossed over. I just feel like there could have been more meat to the entire ordeal... Just my two coppers.
