Half an hour isn't too big of time to invest for an additional two stat points per in game day. Joe seems ever more aware of his weaknesses and it's somewhere he continues to fall behind with each and every game day.

Between buying ritual components all over, openly using a specific class item like a tag needle, and buying class specific gear that is outside his cleric disguise, it isn't going to be to hard for people to add 2 +2 and smell a rat.
