2017-10-28 22:10:44 +0000 UTCSo I’ve been curious about his for a while and wondering if it has been addressed or will be addressed. Dale has a set amount of tiny beast cores grabbing the corruption, so won’t they get filled eventually? I don’t recall Cal making a way for Dale to dump his corruption, perhaps I missed it?

2017-10-26 15:53:48 +0000 UTCIndeed. I have greatly enjoyed the past two books, audio and "written" forms. This one is a lot of fun too.

2017-10-25 22:45:33 +0000 UTCI was reading another book and I was struck by a crazy idea. Do you think you will use magic to introduce modern tech in your divine dungeon series? For instance, I was wondering if you could use something like an inscribed bit of earth enhanced glass with say illusion runes on it, combine it with high grade memory stones, and come up with something akin to a kindle. I mean, if memory stones can be a perfect storage media for information, inscription let you control magical effects, and runes can make rocks scream, then why can't a genius like Cal come up with something like an iPod?

2017-10-25 15:43:53 +0000 UTCSorry, accidentally hit enter. Plus, given both Cal's extreme skill and pride in his work, I would like to see how he does making things other than dungeon equipment. Imagine if he makes inscribed crafting tools, like a full set of mithril woodworking tools. Seeing as they are not weapons, Cal can forgo deliberately sabotaging his work. That was something I really didn't like in the last book. I liked it better when Cal made the best gear possible. If Cal did this, I think that crafters from around the world would invade Mountain Dale in droves, just to get these uber rare tools.

2017-10-25 15:33:43 +0000 UTCI wonder how people are going to react when the mountain decides to break off and start flying off. The resources will be something, but I am curious what the claim will be when the mountain or parts of the mountain are no longer bordering the two kingdom? Very exciting. The hype is too damn high.

2017-10-25 15:33:15 +0000 UTCPersonally, I would like to see Cal start making goods like that Dungeon beer as a reward. If he just keeps making currency and items for rewards it is going to put a firm level cap on his floors. After all, if he makes say twelve floors, but has the fair rewards and special items he already has on the first four floors, then he is going to have to continuously up the ante on how much he gives on each floor. Based on the escalation he has showed so far, by the time Cal gets to the seventh floor he will need to offer a hundred platinum coins and an inscribed weapon for even simple mob, else it simply won't be worth the risk to progress further given the already hefty rewards offered on earlier floors. If instead Cal begins to offer uber rare resources (another series I read used something called a silver-cap mushroom which was an ingredient for a resurrection potion for this purpose) or specialty goods on later floors, he should still be able to lure the higher ranked adventures down without having to offer up a kings treasury and collapsing the outside world's economy. Plus, giving Cal
