Peterson? As though, My mind hallucinations are facts that support religion—I think, therefore it’s real. The imagination is imagery that models our place in an environment, thus our existence is imaginary, but our interaction with the universe is real and testable. He needs to separate the two domains or phenomena, but he seems to want to fuse them and make them indistinguishable from one another. Fusing mind and physical existence is the basis for psychics, soothsayers, priests, and faith healers. And it ends with self delusion that we are a god or goddess in our existence, controlling nature through mental processes as an act of will, and not via physical interaction—the point at the divide of imagination and reality is the quantum state of the emergent mind as will but separated from reality like math as being only a projected model of logical constructions that try to parallel and equivocate reality. Only in fantasy can we fuse mind and matter.
