How to get 60 FPS in NFS Rivals
1. Go to your game library.
2. Right click on NFS Rivals then select properties.
3. Go to launch options.
4. Enter the following command
-GameTime.MaxSimFps 60 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 60.0
5. Hit OK and run the game Enjoy!
