The opening song is just a common thing in Mexico, Cartels hire these specific type of musicians to produce Cartel music for them. The creator, Vince Gilligan, found some real musicians who did this and wanted to include the culture since it fits the show perfectly. It has no meaning whatsoever for spoiling plot points, just an artsy opening to the episode.

We are still in first gear, nudging into second. Hannah, i dont think youre ready because this show has 18 gears.

I hear what your saying but those people with or without Jessies product would still just find another product. They were taking multiple drugs not just the blue. I agree Jessie isn't the best person ever but I still just love him.

It's important to remember with Jessie that as much as we want to root for him, he's still a drug dealer. He saw directly what his product does to peoples lives with that kid last episode but he's still selling it despite that. He can't claim ignorance from this point, he's choosing to profit from destroying peoples lives. Love the guy, but he's not a good person.

let me explain what the song represents: the song is made by the cartel, or rather a band that may or may not be cartel affiliated, specifically the sinaloa cartel (which is actually a real life cartel in mexico). it says this at the start of the video the fact that walt is growing his empire, puts him on their radar, hence why theres lines like ‘that homies dead, he just doesnt know it yet’ and we see heisenberg dead at the end. it doesnt foreshadow anything in particular but it just tells the story of heisenbergs growth and how the cartel want him gone because hes a threat. i really do like how they involved the cartel aspect, it makes it really realistic.
