Meth keeps you up, and he's been doing a lot of it. The combination of lack of sleep and the drugs makes you hallucinate after a while. Add paranoia. That's what he's experiencing.

Mind blowing! He snitched on his own cousin and that’s why his cousin got arrested at the drug bust. He pretended to confront and blame/question Jesse for snitching on Emilio who was Jesse’s drug partner. So crazy 8 betrayed his own family.
