I feel so bad because the comments on Hannahs video's start super positive but always turn into frustration by the next week. That can't feel good as a creator but at the same time if you are going to accept peoples money, you need to have a little respect for your audience too. I'm a little put off there hasn't been any communication on her end about this ongoing issue.
