Some reactors post a series once a week, twice a week or even three times a week and you get to see the show on the screen with them. If that is what you are looking for there are a huge amount of reactors that do that. You can easily get on other reactors pages and look at how often they post and how they post to suit what you like to see. Anyone coming to Hannah’s page can see what her posting looked like for GOT. If that schedule isn’t what you’re looking for then why subscribe? Some people have very busy lives and don’t mind not getting a post for weeks at a time so this schedule works for them. I love Hannah and have been watching since she set up this Patreon. However since her posting schedule isn’t the type I prefer, I just wait a few months between memberships that way I can binge what she has posted. Then I can do other things for a couple months then come back here and catch up. She has a lot going on in her life and if you truly enjoy watching her then just tune in once she has made a few posts. Unless you have an annual membership the beauty of patreon is being able to pay monthly when you want to access what a reactor posts. For all the people that would love to see three episode drops a week or even find a creator that has already finished the series and binge it all at one there is a plethora of reactors that fit that category. Hannah may do it more slowly but she is a lot more enjoyable to watch than many other reactors. Nagging her for multiple weekly episode releases of one series is not realistic for this channel. That has never been the schedule here.

In this specific circumstance, you are able to get access to full reaction videos as they become available, but there is no guarantee on availability that Hannah must meet. If for some reason you disagree with an upload frequency, just leave. You have an opportunity to scroll thru and see the general upload pattern prior to joining. It’s as if they have this sense of entitlement that the world spins on its axis just to convenience them. I understand that we all pay for a subscription and expect a service to be delivered to us. But, realistically, there are other Patreons that sometimes watch 7-8 things at a time, charge $20 a month, and you might have to wait 4 weeks for the next episode. I feel that the price of Hannah’s channel is fair for the amount of content we get and for how FAST she makes it through a season. Some of y’all just like to whine and complain and spread negativity. If you don’t feel like you’re getting your money’s worth, nobody’s forcing you to keep paying. Does it sometimes take a couple weeks to get a new video? Yeah. But they’re QUALITY videos, she’s not just pumping them out left and right with no substance. She always arrives recharged and ready to go. I’ll take 4-6 quality reactions per month over 15-20 lackluster reactions. Some people don’t have the time to push content out like other reactors and if they try, they get burnt out. Anyway, that’s just my stance on the matter. Love you, Han! Live your life and keep giving us quality reactions! There are those of us who are perfectly fine with waiting.

And my original comment is based on the other patreons I’m subbed to. One of them did GoT and HotD S1 in 5 months in addition to Breakig Bad and 2/3 movies every week. And I don’t expect Hannah to move that fast. I just wish there was consistency.

There's another one from episode 7 to 8, but it's not as jarring.

The hardest part of GOT for me, when I first started watching it, was remembering all the different characters and who everyone was related to. So when I had to do it all over again with HOTD, I was like, “Seven Hells, I gotta do this shit again???” It’s like starting completely over!!! 😂🤣

So about 200 years before this show (400 before GoT) the Valyrian dragon riders had a huge empire with countless dragons. The model that Viserys has in his rooms is a replica of what Valyria looked like at its peak. Daenys Targaryen had what's called a dragon dream and basically saw the future and what she saw was a big Pompeii-style disaster that was going to destroy the empire of Valyria. As a result the Targaryens and another house called the Velaryons (the house of Corlys, who is married to Rhaenys, the Queen Who Never Was) left Valyria before it was destroyed. The Targaryens had dragons and the Velaryons did not so the Targaryens became the only dragon riders in the whole world. Valyria also has some major implications for GoT because it was the Valyrians that established all the slavery that Daenerys overthrows - she is overthrowing a system set up by her own ancestors which makes her choice more meaningful and significant. Additional fun fact that isn't super plot relevant but is still interesting: it's speculated that the Doom of Valyria was caused by the Faceless Men performing some magic. If you recall from GoT the Faceless Men live in Braavos, which was a city of slaves who escaped the Valyrian Empire, so the theory is that was their motivation for causing the end of the empire. The only part of this that is super important to remember for this show is the fact that some Targaryens have dreams that can tell them the future (Viserys and Aegon the Conquerer have dreams that are discussed in this episode). Everything else is just fun trivia that builds out the world.
