In the past years I received a few messages from people who had real life stories similar to the story of Joel and Daniel in Weekend, relating to the comic and telling how they found the love of their life or were able to find their sexuality through it.
And I was wondering if anyone else wanted to share their stories or tell us how it affected them! Please comment and share with us in the replies! ♥

I think it is the same for the whole community but it is to us to thanks you ^^ You’re a talented writer IG and we feel that these stories came from the heart. As always, every drop of cuteness, and everything, written or drawn, make me smiling like a dumb in front of my screen and I’ve literally haven’t enough thanks for you, for sharing that. I’m too pompous but, thanks again ^^ I wish to both of you with Zeta, nothing less than just the best and take all the time you need (I insist) to tell future stories of our dear Daniel and Joel. Then I fought with myself to say that being gay was not a bad thing. (There was a lot of negative influences on me growing up.) Now I’m fully gay and am in love with the Weekend comics. I’m so much happier because of all this than I’ve ever been.

2019-07-22 21:35:16 +0000 UTCi have a similar story. i had a friend in junior school. but he moved away in year 6. i didnt see him for 8 or so years, then i found a furry on twitter who was nearby to me, i also found him through some art that he got from a artist i like (pieman24601). so i commented and we chatted for a few months. since i like to wear.. female clothing he decided to buy me some, and we exchanged PayPal info... thats when he reconised my real name... as it turns out, this was the same friend from 8 years ago, from the same class in school. in the 8 years we didnt see eachother, we both became furries, both became bi/gay. and had really similar kinks/interests. its safe to say i was shocked/surprised/happy/embarrassed.. and so on. i learned that he also found me cute back in junior school, which still makes me feel giddy. but we've been together for some time now and love eachother lots. neither of us are that sexual. but i prefer to snuggle anyway. thats probably not the full story, but it the best way i can word it
