Passwords and Security

This post is for encouraging you all to have unique per-site passwords if you don't have them already, and increase the security of your accounts. I was looking to avoid talking about this incident, thinking it wouldn't be that serious, but it seems to be, and it's sad to see the website that made possible for me to grow fast and build what I have today, go through these problems. I hope things get better and what we can do for now is guarantee that our accounts in other sites are safe.

In addition to this post, I wanted to tell you that the next comic page is almost ready, it will be posted soon! I also spent some time creating a brand new story for a future project and I feel proud of it so far. But for now I gotta focus on finishing the Weekend 2 story :3

That's better than a lot of users. But still, I would recommend using a password manager with a really strong master password, and generate random passwords for each site. It makes life easier in the long run. I used to do the two password thing, but there was a lot of grey area between what I would consider important enough to have the "good" password or pointless enough to have the "bad" one.

2016-05-22 01:15:59 +0000 UTCI do a watered down version of this with a secure and unsecure password. If they get the unsecure password they can access all the unsecure websites but not my bank or amazon and such.
