Anthros can now be fully colorized

Most effort recently has been spent on further improving the anthros for Blender, adding new functionality and further beautifying the appearance. I changed so many little things I kind of lost track of the full change list compared to my last update. The important thing is it's looking good.

The most notable change is the ability to set colors and certain shape keys using custom object properties: Whenever you instance one of the characters in your scene, you may use the new library overrides to set a new color or appearance trait. You can now colorize not just the fur but also flesh, meaning maws too can be any color you want! You can also give them glow, not only the eyes but even flesh and fur may be bio-luminescent.

A nice side effect of this change is converting all textures (except normal maps) to grayscale: This somewhat reduced the file size while maintaining the same texture quality.
