Blender model: Anthros 2.0 16.08.2021
Added 2021-08-31 21:00:04 +0000 UTCI'm proud to offer the new version of my anthro characters to the world! It should be noted this is not a finished 2.0 release, though for an ongoing model which will be constantly improved it's less relevant and you can treat it as such. Once it's done I'm likely going to post it on https://smutba.se so it can be enjoyed by even more of the 3D artist world.

Roughly five years ago I created a wolf + fox + cat blend, made possible by the gorgeous female wolf model Untied Verbeger created and offered to the public. It's the same basis for the player models used in the latest version of the Vore Tournament game / Xonotic mod, as well as the anthro character pack for TheDarkMod.
Since then Blender added many new features. I myself became a better Blender user, understanding some functions and optimizations in more detail. During the first half of 2021 I decided to finish improving this set and unleash its true potential. The improvements are too many to list: Alongside more physically-accurate materials and an improved armature for animation, there are now female / shemale / male variants.
The model retains its free license: You can do whatever you want with it! Credit me as MirceaKitsune in your projects if you wish but it's not mandatory. My only wish is to see people using them to produce content, especially high quality renders!
As far as this post goes I'm making it available only to the supporters for this month. You are free to republish the blend and accompanying renders: This isn't meant to a paywall, I despise those and couldn't enforce it for freely licensed content anyway.
And here's the blend itself. It's close to the 100 MB milestone due to textures, you need to download it from Mega.nz with a Google Drive link provided as backup. Enjoy and don't forget to share your renders!
