It's Been 10 Years?!

Well, it's been 10 years since we started our comic out of a want to see LGBTQ+ people in a comic strip! At the time we didn't even realize we were going to be the first! It's been an incredible decade and we hope it's far from over. As you can see from our page, our support is at an all time low. Unfortunately this also comes at a time where in Florida, where we live, mortgages are skyrocketing due to out of control insurance rates. Our mortgage has nearly tripled and we can't keep up. We're not going to ask for a handout, we're simply going to ask anyone who believes a wholesome LGBTQ+ comic has value in society to please try and show your support through our Patreon. Our comic abides by the same rules as anything; if it has value it'll find an audience, so it's time to find out if our comic means anything or not. We believe there is a value but at the end of the day it really doesn't matter what we think because we can only react to what our audience decides.
At our height, we were able to take profits from our book sales and page views of our comics to donate to the local no-kill animal shelter and the Trevor Project which focuses on helping at-risk LGBTQ+ youth. We have no interest in getting rich or living a luxurious lifestyle; we just wanna be able to pay our bills, be happy and help others along the way.
We fully understand money is tight for most people so please, if you're in that situation please don't feel a need to say that, we understand. We're only asking for people who think our work has meaning to become a $5 Patreon supporter. We're a niche comic and will never have mainstream support so we have to make good with that.
Thank you for the decade of support. We know we've had our ups and downs but we're working on doing better and we hope we get the chance to continue creating even more.
