Even I know that Just because a man is gay doesn't automatically means they are attracted to each and every single male in a work environment ... the TRUE "right thing to do" is still offer the papers and set ground rules even if they're not necessary! I really hope this turns out better than it's current state ... not exactly the same thing, but this pretty much sums up the way things how similarly turned for me. Hopefully they'll improve either way.
