October fan art adjustment?

I have a Halloween costume in mind for Lilith as usual, but this year I'm going to be extremely tight on time in October. It is likely that I'll only be able to fit the Halloween Lilith piece in by reducing the monthly fan art from 4 to 3 to make time for it. Would you folks be in favor of this adjustment to allow for the annual Lilith Halloween costume? Let me know in the comments below.
