Livestream Sessions

Livestream sessions will usually be announced in advance (though I have been known to set up spur of the moment streams from time to time), and to do that I need to have a good idea what days and times my Patron's are most likely to be available!
So, I've jotted below the days and times that I'm able to run livestream sessions, all at EST time - (https://www.worldtimebuddy.com/ for converting to different time zones).
Let me know which is preferred!
