On my german Patreon Account I accept commissons every month by picking a random person from a "commission"-tier.
I'll think about opening it here as well, but shipping commissions around the world is something I'm not yet comfortable with since it's not only pricey but also a bit risky as well.
I'll think about it when more people join and my patreon community grows. :)
Until then, I sometimes accept NSFW commissions on my NSFW Twitter.
