as frustrating as the gender war in Korea is (like why would any women be against equal rights, i do not understand at all but anyways), it's sad that the young men and women who should see each other as peers regard each other as enemies. what kind of legacy are they leaving for the younger generations who are looking to them and trying to learn abt the world? (i know every generation thinks they're at the world's end but honestly) the world rn has too many problems that will only get worse if ppl are not trying to think together and work collaboratively, it's just a damn shame.

srsly if ppl take the initiative to get vaccinated without being bribed and even paying airfare, kudos to them. unfortunately not everyone who is willing can afford to, but for now, this world just needs one less unvaccinated person any which way.

I personally hope that Blackpink is in America to collab, even if there isn't any news on that and of course staying safe and healthy. I really enjoyed the Ice Cream song of Blackpink with Selena Gomez and would love to have more music from them in the future. Hope the universe hears that now! lol. I am glad to see Hyunjin return to Stray Kids. I don't think people should give him so much backlash because people do grow at different rates. Some people it takes years to recover from something or grow as a person and others can do self reflect and grow in a short amount of time. Also, since no one really knows what he chose to do with his time then they should not be judging him. I like to stay neutral on things because unless you have seen something/been there for something then you don't really know. There has to be proof of some kind. If he really did take the time for self growth and reflection then good for him and he should be commended if that's so. Mina controversy; I am not sure what to think about it. On one hand I see wanting to get together with someone if she felt there was a chance and it does not seem that she technically broke them up, but maybe she was too persuasive? Without any evidence and not knowing both sides it's hard to say and I really can't give an opinion, so again staying neutral because I wasn't there.

If people want to come to the US to get vaccinated, more power to them! Many Americans choose not to get it so we have a large supply. I wonder if Bang PD got vaccinated while he was here visiting Ithaca Holdings, though I guess since he's over 30 he could get it in Korea. I am so happy Hyunjin is back! Stray Kids isn't the same without him. And he completely missed competing on Kingdom so I don't understand that comment saying he was out while Stray Kids weren't doing anything...

If kpop idols want to get vaccinated in US, don't need they need to stay for ~1 month since the shots are 3 weeks apart? That seems like a long time to be away from all activities. I remember how big of a deal it was when BTS finally got a 1 month break in 2019 (so many news articles written for what I thought was a short-ish time).

For the hyunjin situation It seems that ppl are misunderstanding something there was no bullying happened. It was a one time argument with the former classmate he said some harsh words and he apologize for that.

I was happy to hear the BlackPink girls were in LA. It makes sense they’d get vaccinated while here. Also, will we ever meet Danny’s girlfriend? I want to see the ring.

One thought on the whole Hyunjin bullying thing - it’s good that he has apologized and done his penance. If the victims are satisfied, then I think everyone needs to move on. I mean, how long are we going to punish someone for something they did in middle school? I wasn’t a bully in school, but I’m sure I did all kinds of other stupid things that I wouldn’t be proud of if they came to light. I don’t think bullies should get a pass, but I also don’t think we need to keep bringing it up if they have changed their ways.
