I'm so used to seeing Danny be the one to crack jokes and smile, that I forget that this is how I act and nobody ever knew I was in pain. Laughter was my escape from reality, and eventually all the pain I held in came full blown when my sister passed on in 2017. It was only months later that I realized how messed up I was and that if you don't deal with the hurt, you can laugh it off, but it will remain there as cold as ice. Please cry and I hope you find true closure! Truly, this was not meant for me, but if I can share anything useful during a very hard separation, I thought maybe I should. Be well my Chingu
