PATREON RESTRUCTURE - Your thoughts?!

Hey guys!

I wanted to ask you all about something that has been on my mind. Patreon gives creators the option of charging their supporters on a "per video" basis, as well as monthly. Currently I am on a monthly format, but for a while now I have been considering restructuring my Patreon around a "per video" approach. However, I wanted to get feedback from my Patrons before making any decisions. Please have a read of the following and see what you think!

As some of you have experienced, It can be difficult for me to keep up with my workload on a monthly schedule, and there's sometimes delays in delivering your content. Lagging behind is something I am very conscious of, and at the very least there is usually a video delay each month. Restructuring my Patreon would mean I get to work at my own pace, that you guys only get charged when I finish and publish a new video, and I can focus solely on two or so longer videos each month rather than lots of smaller clips and images. However, this would also mean fewer personalized images and clips as rewards. So my question for you guys is this - Are you happy with how things are currently? Would you still continue to support me on Patreon if I shifted over to a "per video" format? This is an open discussion, I want to be open and transparent about things and to know what you all think. IF I were to change to a "per video" format - Please bear in mind that no decision has been made yet - I would make one or two bigger videos a month, around 4-5 minutes each. Tiers would look something like this:

TIER 1  - $5 per video - You get to see all new videos 7 days before they go up on my Youtube channel, and get access to 10 high quality images (1920x1080) from each video.

TIER 2 - $10 per video - The same as Tier 1, but you get 20 high quality images (1920x1080) from each video, and you are able to vote in polls to pick which video I work on next.

I would also continue to do commissions and custom videos, though this wouldn't be on a Patreon tier and would be done with prior agreement.

Please let me know your thoughts. As I have said, I don't want to make any decisions without consulting you guys. Also, it goes without saying that any delayed/outstanding content from before any change to my Patreon would be delivered and honored in full.
