Extra Rewards added to $10 and $20 tiers

In order to better differentiate between $10 and $20 pledges, I've added some extra rewards. I especially wanted to add something extra to the $10 tier as it didn't seem like it was enough. If you have pledged $10 or $20, please note I will now make you 2 or 3 custom images per month depending on your pledge - Please message me with your request!
