AiLovesToGrow, my friend and mentor, the creator of the Becoming Monsters universe, has passed away. She knew the end was near and had her affairs in order, she passed surrounded by friends and family, with music playing. The world is a darker place without her, but it is Purim today. It’s in the rules, you aren’t allowed to be sad. Let us celebrate her life, writings, community, and accomplishments. Spread the love she gave.

Editor-kun has told me that I will be receiving her compiled notes, per her wishes in her will. I can’t hope to finish her books for her and to try would be futile, but the events in Harvard will be referenced through books two and three of In The Mirror per our shared plan.

I will be back to my writing pace soon. The trip and move-in took more than expected, combined with this news. Thank you all for your patience so far, and I will make it up to you at some point.
