Those who don't know her - she originally has long golden hair. First she had healing powers that came from the sun flower.
After his boyfriend cute her hair(at the end of the movie) they turned brown and lost their power.
At the start of the series - she found these black rocks that can't be destroyed. She touches one and gets her hair back - without the healing power.
I can't now remember the full story behind the rocks - only that there is two powers connected to each other - sun flower(healing) and the moon stones (reverse/hurt etc).
Both has their own incantations - sun heals and the moon reverses life.
They find the moon incantation - Rapunzel starts singing it, gets corrupted with black eyes and black hair.
The most epic moment I have ever seen in the show.
