Patreon overall analysis
I've been analyzing my Patreon for the latest months and thinking of ways on how to keep it interesting. My original idea was to have a safe space to work more on my succubi girls and develop more of original stuff, but seeing it right now it kinda walked away from this path. What I mean is that I feel it got very generic in some aspects, doing the same stuff in a scheduled way. In terms of numbers, I lost an average of 1 patron per month in the last 5 months and the latest paid member posts had almost zero comments, downloads and impressions. I like working on them, don't get me wrong, but the amount of effort and time I've to put on each set isn't showing much worth lately. Also, I've received a message from a friend of mine showing me that these packs were leaked and this makes me feel very sad and demotivate me even more to keep doing them the way they're right now.
Analyzing the subscriptions, currently I've 4 tiers available, with the most popular being Devilish (the cheapest also) and the least one being Infernal. This latest tier I mentioned isn't being very attractive to gather new patrons in comparison with benefits of the Diabolical (which is limited to 3 members). The Hellish tier have the most cancelled membership stats and the cancellation happens usually right after the poll decides which character will be featured in the Monthly Pack. With that in mind and some insight surveys, most of people who joined/left expect more original content, which leads to the next topic:
Tiers and content rework
Analyzing all these factors I decided to make a rework of all tiers and the content I'll be working in the future, focusing on original stuff but keeping the interesting rewards to still work on fanarts and requests. Here are the changes that will take place starting July 1st for the Patreon tiers:
Infernal Tier ($10) will be discontinued, with its perks being distributed to the other remaining tiers. *
Devilish Tier ($2) will now get access to polls and more WIPs/sketches of my OCs and lore involving them.
Hellish Tier ($5) will now have access to Cindy's Suggestion Box and leave suggestions for me to sketch!
Hellish Tier ($30) will now have the exclusivity on 10% discount on YCH poses, adoptables auctions, themed sales and for commissions as an addition!
* Since there's only one member of the Infernal tier, I'll be contacting you this month to inform these changes and the best way to keep your membership in another tier!
Now speaking of content, as said before, I'd like to focus more on original artworks and develop my OCs even more. Here is what I'll be changing/adding:
Cindy's Request Box: With a new name and better! Instead of leave a suggestion, now I'll attend your request! Every member who have access to this benefit can leave one comment of an idea you'd like me to sketch and I'll do it. I'll choose a theme or set some basic rules in every post to avoid people just joining to exploit complex artworks paying a small price.
Monthly Packs: The current format of the monthly packs isn't working that well for me. I'm putting so much effort/time on each alt for posts having less impressions/downloads every month and face leaks. With this in mind, I won't be doing more polls for character selection and multiple image sets. The last one will be done this June and by July I won't do them this way anymore.
Hellish Exclusives: With the end of Monthly Packs, I don't want to discourage people joining the Hellish Tier. Now I'll invest more time in doing more stuff involving my succubus OCs, which was the original point of making this Patreon! Members of this tier will now have access to exclusive contents of Cindy and Mandy, which can be: Artworks, comic pages, strips, lore drops and more stuff involving them (animations maybe? π). My goal is to start a small one shot with them and work on hentai comics as well!
Polls: With members of Devilish Tier having access to polls, you'll have more participation on my content. Polls now will be more frequent, where you can help me on my creations, like designing adoptables, themes for future YCHs, choosing ideas that work with Cindy and Mandy, etc.
Please let me know in the comments below what do you think of these changes and leave out your feedback! It's very important for me to know your toughts about these changes for future of this Patreon.
Waifu Loot
In a side note, good news! Waifu Loot contacted me some time ago about their affiliate program and I'm feeling very tempted on joining it! It'd give me an affiliate code which gives discounts on their website for my followers. Also, I could work on exclusive designs for prints and stickers with my OCs that could be very fun to see. I'll dedicate some time later to read everything about this program and bring you more updates about this in the future. Hope it can work well! π

Thanks for all the support Rainbow, you're one of the best I have, no need to apologize! You help me in every single way you can and I really appreciate it, really! About the leaks, I researched some ways to avoid that in the future, but honestly there isn't much I can do, even with external links... Anyways, I'll mvoe on to work on more original stuff from July and beyond, let's see how it goes :)

I kinda felt the same way for the monthly packs too, tried to research some famous and trending characters, but that didn't reflected my interesting in working on them. I'll try to do that way in the future requests focusing on my succubi, sounds very good as well! β€οΈ

I admit that a lot of times the poll options themselves usually don't interest me much, and mostly saw at as an extra compared to the other stuff. I always enjoy you did post on your OC, and I enjoy learning of them more. One thing consider is that maybe have the suggestion/request be focus on your OC's. Having member suggest scenarios for your OC's to be. a genera theme idea could always be fun to see how people apply it to certain kinks or fetishes But make sure not to overwhelm yourself with such request.

Another user I subscribed to had their stuff posted there too (EDIT: I forgot to specify the site as kemono, the the other user told me, and yes, your stuff up to January is up there too). I forgot how, but someone else I subscribed to had a way to keep their posts from being leaked there or elsewhere by using links that need a password for a drive service or so, but I'll have to ask and make sure. Also, I apologize for my lack of engagement as well as of recently, I normally don't comment on a lot of things being not talkative and such. I'm definitely looking forward to more of your own OCs and succubus work, too, and I'll see about what this waifu look business is to join you there too when possible. Thanks for letting us know about all of this, and I'll see what I can do to help with however I can.
