I didn’t know the English title, so I looked it up—it’s called Hokkaido Gals Are Super Adorable!
The original Japanese title is Dosanko Gyaru wa Namaramenkoi.
She’s quite popular in the fan art community, isn’t she?
Maybe it’s because she’s a Gyaru?
