We just added a ton of content for backers!

Yesterday, we released a huge amount of new original cards and content, in service of our goal to have 100% original card content that cannot be controlled by legal requests from other companies. This is all high-quality card content that (in my opinion) rivals or beats the best out there.

This release included 30 brand new card packs, and thousands of new cards. Of these, 10 are exclusive to backers of various levels. 

Here's how it breaks down.:

Will we keep adding packs?

Yes! This is not a one-time thing. Expect more exclusive content going forward! Backers will get the premium experience, and we will add more benefits along the way. The game will always be fun to play for free, and we won't take existing features away from free players, but Patreon backers will continue to have the best experience.

What's a Star Backer?

Star Backer is a new, $5 level we added to give an in-between option for those who wanted extra card packs, but didn't care about hiding ads for everyone.

What is Kafuckle?

Kafuckle is actually a card pack that can be played by itself as a standalone game (and you may see that from us in the future). The cards also work with All Bad Cards as well, though, so we added it as a premium pack for you! It's slightly different in that you're given a prompt for a dictionary definition with a blank, and you fill it in to define the word. For example:

"Saltining: To engage in _ in the ocean" could be answered with "Unclogging a toilet with your bare hands". Or something much worse. You get the idea.

Did anything else change?

Yep. The update also included these changes:

• Removed some unpopular third-party packs 
• Removed ALL ads, including anchor ads, for Patreon subscribers. Anchor ads work differently from the rest of the ads and were harder to remove, but I found a way!
• Improved pre-game UI. It's less confusing now and easier to use!
• Added warning about using in-app browsers. Facebook Messenger's built-in browser doesn't play nice, so we prevent it from being used.
• Removed delay between chat messages
• Improved support for returning to existing games
