Feedback / Help

Hey everyone, so someone shared that Burnout 3 had some issues with the sun texture (easy fix) but I noticed in his screenshot that some textures didn't load and some looked really bad. So the bad ones, that's my fault, it's an early pack I made and I am ashamed of that one. The textures that don't load are due to PCSX2 updates, which changed the hashes for textures, so this broke some old packs.

If you do notice large chunks of missing textures, especially environmental stuff in any of the PS2 packs, please let me know so I can redump the textures and so them again. I'll try to balance redoing packs and making new ones.

I've done a sample of one track on Burnout 3 and it seems the game dumps much better now and I fixed the glitch with the sun and glare effect becoming a weird, bright block.

I've attached a screenshot for you to compare. You can use the chat we have here to let me know of any issues with older packs, please provide a screenshot so I can confirm if it's an emulator issue (which I can't do anything about) or if it's an issue with the new hashes.

Thank you all for your support, it means a lot to me :)

You can upload screenshots in the chat. There was some texture corruption with the pack. I actually want to redo it, hopefully it's better after some updates. I had a lot of issues with Snake's textures when I first did MGS

Hi, in Duckstation Metal Gear Solid pack, overall I am happy with it despite some issues. However, there are some obviously very wrong textures in a couple of places so far. When Snake is captured in the cell trying to escape with no shirt on, his back looks like random corruption and his arms are brown. Also, in a flashback scene Meryl is blonde when she should have red hair. I'm not sure if I can upload screenshots here.

I'm starting to hate PS2, not as much as PS1 but yeah xD

Those issues look alot better now. It takes some honesty to admit when there are problems and resolve to fix them.Good luck and I hope your work goes smooth (Like PCSX2 ever corporates :) ).
