If for example someone else did everything Emily and Atticus did, someone they approved off, they wouldn't oppose that person.

Comanche was not what they called themselves, but what Spanish settlers in the Great Plans called them... a word that translates to "enemy" or more literally "those who always wants to fight". They referred to themselves as Nermernuh (the people). Calling them what muggle settlers called them doesn't really fit the story.
