It'll be the last chapter until another major time skip to the late sixties/early seventies.

Lightning - yes. The others, not quite. Also Atticus ended up recreating much of what he knew of nature magic. I'd say he probably could use it if he cared for it but he probably doesn't. At least not any time soon
