(I actually had this as a concept last year and decided against posting it but this year I thought it would be fun)
so Happy Halloween everyone ,be safe when the actual day comes.
this version of Oogie is like a rebirth version of him, he's trying to make up for the past and make new connections
(For anyone who doesn't know, Sally is a doll being that's full of leaves, I felt safe to do an idea like this for that reason alone. )
