Battle Progress

There isn't much new to show visually at the moment. All the progress in the last week or so has been functional, like getting the stats/stat modifiers implemented and finding a baseline to start balancing health and damage.

So in lieu of that, here's a rundown of what I have left to finish on the battle prototype.

-Evasion & Hit %

-Speed stat & determining turn order

-End of combat logic including player death, awarding EXP/loot, and leveling up.

-Probably a couple other things I'm forgetting because there's always something

I also wanted to take a moment to be completely transparent about how your money here is being spent.

Besides helping to cover things like month-to-month expenses, it's also been able to cover the cost of Adobe subs which is what keeps me doing what I do.

Since June, I've also been setting a portion of the funds aside every month for the future. What I eventually hope to do is use that to hire voice actors to have all the major characters fully voiced. Considering how many there could potentially be, that will no doubt be a significant investment, and I fully expect to eat a lot of that myself. Hopefully when the time for that comes, I'll be ready.
