Patreon Mini-Update: August 4, 2017

-Release a new demo of the Adventure Time fan game in July.
-Pause the development of Adventure Time to take a break.
-Work on Missing Halloween from August to October.
Unfortunately, I wasn't able to do that because of a lot of things needed for the fan game.
What I'm doing right now is finalize the demo and I'm hoping to release it this August. There's still a lot to work on, so I can't promise a specific release date. All I can say is, it should be this August.
Another unfortunate news is, I will delay Missing Halloween to next year again. This is because I will lack the time to finish it in time for Halloween.
(I was planning to make an "Alternate Ending" for Missing Halloween)
Third unfortunate news is, my current Oculus Rift DK2 isn't working well anymore and I can't buy either another Oculus or Vive because both don't deliver to the Philippines. I'm left no choice but to temporarily remove the VR compatibility.
Although pausing the development of the fan game will still happen after I release the next demo. This is to take a break from game development and animate another "What if ____ Was An Anime" video.
I'm terribly sorry to all my fans for the very slow progress. The last demo was in November, and it's already August now. (7 months) I'm ashamed of this slow progress, but I hope the wait will be worth it.
This is the planned change log of the next demo:
New:
-Ultimate Boss Battle added.
-New sword obtainable after defeating the Ultimate Boss Battle.
-4 new regular enemies throughout the game.
-5 new secret areas to find, accessible via Soul Mode.
-5 new outfits for Finn and Fionna, obtainable through the new secret areas.
-A new hack "2D Waifu" will make most of the NPCs to 2D artworks. (Obtainable in one of the secret areas)
-Several new BGMs added throughout the game.
-Added Adult Flame Princess as an NPC and ally. (Remains incomplete)
-Lewd animations watchable through Ice King/Ice Queen's television.
-Minor gameplay added for Breakfast Princess.
-Damage value added.
-Several models added in Model Viewer to include the new clothes, enemies, and a "slug".
-New location called "Patreon Hall of Names" to place all Patreon credit names.
-Playstation 4 Controller support.
-Mac OS support.
Changes:
-Getting hit with more than your remaining HP will leave you 1 HP as last chance. (Obtainable as an ability)
-You can now receive damage in Soul Mode.
-Attack pattern of Ice Queen's "Ice Swords" changed to become easier.
-Hats and Clothes can now be changed separately.
-1 lewd poster in Ice King's room redrawn. (To avoid confusion)
-Hiding the window of an NPC conversation will now let you move the camera slightly.
-Double jumping doesn't consume Stamina anymore. (It can now be used while the Stamina is refilling)
-Quick Attack has now been removed.
-Each sword have different speed, adding balance to the gameplay.
-Added sounds to the Model Viewer.
-Several assets changed to comply with Patreon's Guidelines and Terms of Service.
What's not in the beta (yet):
-Adult Flame Princess Boss Battle.
-Nude version of the "2D Waifu Mode".
-Ending animation of Finn, Jake, and Ice King.

Hey Mike, I just wanted to let you know that when I played *SPOILERS* the fight against Ice Queen, there was a bug where she was going in circles around the crown when she was getting it. Great Beta as always btw, and thank you!

2017-08-24 02:38:09 +0000 UTCI downloaded the demo because Adventure Time is awesome. What i played was fun and addictive. Story needs polishing, so does dialogue a little. But again,it's a demo. I paid the $1 a month gladly to support the game. Mostly i paid the $1 because of thd extremely fun to play with Marceline figure. Keep doing the good work man. Looking forward to what comes next
