The model looks fantastic and the fighting animation is soooooooo bad ass. Looking great Mike. And like others have said, I agree, you may need to tweak the walking animation just a tad.

i think a simple solution would be to put one foot forward, that way when the transformation animation starts the next step forward would be a bit smoother.

The animation of Princess Flame is great. But I am shocked by the animation when it walks slowly, it does not look as natural as all the other movements. No offense, it's like the movement of a penguin.
