Something tells me 200 vitality will give him something really fun/dumb

Ironwood

Rob: “I’ll go alone.” *disappears into the distance* *horrifying monster screams, massive explosion and fireball, more monster screams* *comes back 3 levels higher* *Takes a bow* *refuses to elaborate further* *leaves* Petition to rename “Chad mentality” to “Rob mentality”. Like to sign.

Nope

Good one!

Jason Donovan

Man I love his banter. "That's copyright infringement!!!!" Hahahahah

I doubt they want him to destroy Elatra. Its inhabitants dying is how they gather influence, after all. That's why the blight is such a thorn in their eyes. They once called it a game and the blight another player iirc. The blight endangers their source of influence and that's why they "created" Rob (after failing to get Jason) as a weapon against it. Kismet alone probably would have had more success without the other gods messing things up again and again. Even though Kismet himself also messed up more than a few things...

This was amazing. It really shows what Rob is capable of now.

Appreciate the well-wishes, but I'm not really resting, haha. The last two chapters just took as long to write as three total chapters, so I need a bit of time to replenish the backlog. I've been writing or editing every day. My policy is to have at least three backlog chapters at all times - partially because it really helps with mental stress, and partially because of the second editing pass I do on everything. Lengthening the time between when I initially write a chapter and when I edit it for the second time gives me a degree of separation, which helps me notice areas to improve on.

I think I have a theroy on what the God's plan against Rob is. Step 1. Lower his mental defenses and sanity through the Gellin. Step 2. Feed Rob with a large amount of XP so that he levels up rapidly. Step 3. Leveling High somehow is now able to influence Robs decisions through the barrier. Step 4. Rob crosses the line slippery slope of warcrimes. Step 5. Rob killes a loved one accidentally and loses it. Step ??? Rob destoys the world and / or Rob somehow makes it to the Gods murders them becoming worse than the blight??? Not sure what the endgame is on making Rob almost an unkillable monster.

Amazing chapter. Rest well and as long as you need!
