Or are we hoping that this is all just a little misunderstanding and they just needed time to discuss something? In any case, this may mean that Diplomacy is dead (double entendre), and they've just kidnapped a party under diplomatic agreement which could mean war....or war is already happening and they are trying to stop our party providing reinforcements.
