2021-11-16 07:22:11 +0000 UTCI presume lifesteal can only restore missing health, not increase his max? lets say is MISSING 100 health. He does 100 damage and heals 25% of it, healing him for 25 health. But if he was only missing 20 HP and he did the same thing, he would only heal for 20. The extra 5 doesnt overflow into extra HP or a shield right?

2021-11-16 07:19:44 +0000 UTCI dunno why this chapter made me think it, but I'm coming to find that this could easily be the start of a villain crew origin story. Rob is a damn near indestructible pyromaniac that seems to twist the world around him to the insane, has the personification of a silver tongue living rent free in his head, literally tried to strangle a God; has a racial trait actively trying to drive him mad and melancholy resistance that could pop up again. Some of his closest allies are a power hungry prodigy arch wizard and a morally questionable pseudo girlfriend who lops off legs like it's no one's business. Now they're allying themselves with a race universally deemed evil. Not saying our intrepid heroes will turn into villains but they'll certainly look like it from the outside.

You know I wonder if lifesteal has a limit to how much health it can give Rob. Imagine if he activated Do Not Go Gently, Lifesurge and then used Lifesteal on several powerful foes. He would end up quite sturdy...

It's also great that Diplomacy is taking a bit more center stage, the whole "smart as hell and i know it, but still plenty of dumbass energy" is a fantastic combo, can't wait until he/she/it/they get an actual body :D

Corruption accumulated until enough of them turned into infected, then they hit the locus and boom, Blight. Then bigger boom, city obliterated, no questions. Sounds like the fiends are in serious shit right now
