i agree, they deserve what they got. assassins amd spies arent protected by geneva conventions, thats why governments have black sites. they also dont get to surrender. its all very fixable given time and a high enough healing skill.

2021-11-11 22:43:59 +0000 UTCHa! To think I forgot Rob had a magical girl transformation. But if he survived firebombs without Not A Scratch, does that mean Do Not Go Gently activated? I can't see how else he would survive with only 200 hp he can use. That said I guess fighting side by side really has eased the tensions with the fiends, though I must admit, it's looking more like Rob just scared the hell out of them with lifesurge, which now can be used more than once an hour. Even with only one working arm, Rob is one scary dude huh. The Dwarves though!? So that's what they've been busy with right? Their technological breakthroughs explain why they no longer meet the Dragon Queen in person, are they planning on getting revenge on her? Also, what will happen when they meet Rob, because if they are fighting the fiends, that might happen soon. I wonder if Rob will get a new sword, or even his old one repaired somehow? Maybe if he shares Earth concepts with them, they might be able to make some useful inventions, though I doubt that.

If they go poorly and they Live they have a visual reminder of their failure and the one true chance at peace their people have had in a thousand years. Which they ruined.

That takes a knack for pacing while also making distinct and interesting characters. You pass that test with flying colors. I enjoy reading about every character in your story.

2021-11-08 09:02:25 +0000 UTCWelp, horrible alien mishmash of a soul not withstanding, I think Rob out diplomacied Diplomacy. Glorious, but unfortunate usage of the last of the firebombs. I think if Rob keeps using firebombs like this he's going to end up getting a skill like "Fire Fighter" in the most literal sense of someone who fights WITH fire. All in all a great showing and I'm glad we are able to help you out with the computer trouble. Best wishes
