This wee bound sketchbook is only up to eight studies, but will continue to be added to until all 40 odd pages are full, and then I'm thinking I'd like to make small prints available to collect, for nude figurative fans, and also making the entire original book available to purchase! Using the rectangular Carpenter style Generals Pencil in 2B here, I like to start super light in the mark-making, putting down only what helps me measure and note-take the essentials. Then I go back and build up the form as my information becomes more accurately understood. It's a process! Stay loose, light-handed, and let any mistakes teach you rather than intimidate you. I will probably be learning this the rest of my life!
