50mm poetry
Added 2022-08-03 11:08:44 +0000 UTCThis series were shot on 50mm f/1.4 which means I did have to stay quite far from the lens in order to be in focus, however, without glasses I cannot really see the screen and what exactly I am shooting. Self-timer that repeatedly shoots every 5 second is on and I simply start moving. I find this lens the hardest to work for self-portraits but the illusion of presence, that you almost can touch the skin - it does worth the struggle.
Besides, any of my series can be the last series at my current apartment. Any day I can move, close the door and never come back. I don't know yet what light is awaiting for me in my future house, I know it won't be as it is now, but we love challenges, don't we? Perhaps more of the low-light series will come.
