The guy that throws them the match book is actually their employee Mason and not some random dude. His already small role was mostly cut from this show. And Yoki (weird mustache guy) is also an odd addition to this show. He had a whole episode of backstory in the other FMA show that was cut from this one so if he seems weirdly out of place... that's why lol I look forward to your reaction to the next episode!
