Well worth the wait! Bart and Nelson are two people that I'd rank together with Dipper Pines, Goten, and Naruto, in that they deserve tickle torture for a real, agonizing, eternity. Hard to say which version is my favorite... they deserve to have their helpless bare feet tickle lick tortured just as much as they do to have them scraped by cruel goblin masters, or by ghost hands that have no concept of mercy...
