I was just playing it and still doesnt freaking work!!! It totally is fine for a moment but definitely is not after the moment passes. I AM SO SORRY. It worked fine for me when I tested it out. I'm working on it now!!!

Okay, new update to fix the hell EA has bestowed upon FlirtyFetishes: BDSM. 

Oh well, no big deal. 

This Update Includes:

-No more multiple interactions in pie menu

-No more Asking for Sex all the time while using FF interactions--if Wicked Whims is present.

-No more awkward positioning when FF interactions are performed.

-Yes, still base game compatible! 

In-Game Change

-The "Ask to Create a D.s Dynamic" option has been moved!

Once the Romance bar has progressed a certain amount, 

the FlirtyFetishes pie menu will pop up.

Click on the D/s Dynamic option after selecting the FlirtyFetishes menu button.

This is where you will find  "Ask to Create D/s Dynamic". Once Sims agree to create the dynamic, their socials--based on their FlirtyFetishes: BDSM traits--should appear.
