To join the discord server you have to go to your Settings -> Account and at "Discord" section click "Connect", and when prompted click "Authorize". Check the Full Animations Channel.

Before, I tried everything: Settings in Patreon app, Settings in Discord app, Settings at Patreon.com, Settings in Android. Nowhere was any Discord entry. But with your pic I could recognize, that I'll need the desktop version of Patreon.com. There are different options than in the mobile version! How should one know?! These Bastards!

Let me know if it worked.
