or you could just use docs or notepad o:

it just means you create a list (excel or google sheets is a good tool for that) then you just add people to the list by the order they became a patron. it would be something you would have to keep track of every month

That is a good idea, but I'm not sure how I would implement that lol

unlike raffles, its more fair (which is why patreon doesnt allow raffles)

one other thing i could suggest is do like an endless queue. like a separate queue for people who dont make it to the slots. so you can choose to do 1 person at a time like for an example, Person A is first for the upcoming month, then next in line, Person B gets next month &amp; whoever joins the tier, joins at the bottom of the line. if they unsubscribe, they get removed from the line

Well, overall I largely do like a lot of your changes going on. A lot of your negative feedback is going to be the people losing their chance at stickers at all, from my perspective. I never like to see lesser tiers lose the chance to enjoy a little bit of personal art from you. From any artists, largely. I understand why with the work load, especially with you going into the holiday seasons! I still really enjoy the illustration discounts, and to add an animation discount is pretty nice. I get a little apprehensive looking at the cost, but I really do want to get an animation sometime when I'm stable enough, so knowing that that little bit of help is there is nice! Diaper bag tier, I really like. Upgrading a little bit while down sizing sticker output is a pretty nice bit. Animated icon is always a fun option too. Other big one that I'm not fond of though is the $20 bar for the telegram chat, as I feel like that should probably be less (as telegram chats and discord servers are among the first rewards for many artists).

This sounds like a good set of changes, the only thing that jumps out at me personally and only because it affects me: with 13 current sticker-reward tier slots (10 for 2 stickers, 3 for 1), how will who gets slots for the new sticker tier be determined?
